Kentucky has identified four major performance measures: (1) academic and technical skill achievement; (2) attainment of secondary school diploma; (3) placement in, retention in, and completion of postsecondary education, military service, or employment; and (4) participation in nontraditional CTE programs that lead to nontraditional training and employment.
