This section provides IT Admins with administration and install guides.  It also provides other pieces of documentation for accomplishing specific tasks.   

The District Operations Guide (DOG doc) outlines the technologies and steps involved in administering the Kentucky Education Technology System (KETS) Active Directory 2008 environment, specifically as it pertains to electronic mail provisioning.

Using GPMC to add a trusted site to Local Intranet Zone.  -  In the Windows 2008 operating system, a Group Policy Object (GPO) is a collection of settings that define what a system will look like and how it will behave for a defined group of users. The Group Policy Management Console (GPMC) allows you to define the settings that result in a GPO.

GRANTING DELEGATE ACCESS

Just as an assistant can help you manage your paper mail, your assistant can use Outlook to act on your behalf: receiving and responding to email, meeting requests, and meeting responses. You can also grant additional permissions that allow your delegate to read, create, or have full control over items in your mailbox.
